What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial automatically expires after 7 days. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after the trial. Your data and bot configuration will be preserved.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as a message?
Each message sent by your bot counts toward your monthly limit. Incoming user messages don't count. Message limits reset on your billing date each month.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Enterprise customers can bring their own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for full control over costs and models. This feature is not available on lower tiers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing.
